INTERNET RADIO: FAILED PROMISE?

I came across an interesting article on Internet Radio in the crrent issue of PC Magazine, Internet Radio:Failed Promise? by Bill Machrone. He concludes, among other things, that "Web radio isn't for dial-up users", a flat statement that is open to debate, but some of his points about incompatible standards and user unfriendliness are well taken.
